Local SEO & Listings Management Services Terms:

In addition to the terms and conditions in the General Terms and other applicable Schedules in the Agreement, the following additional terms and conditions apply to any and all Local SEO & Listings Management services, which may also be referred to as “Local SEO,” “Managed Local Listings,” “Reputation Management,” or “Automated Review Management.”

Contract Type: Month-to-month agreement with a 30-day minimum commitment.

Payment Method: Monthly recurring payment.

Visibility Guarantee: Cornerstone Web Studio does not guarantee search engine rankings, website traffic increases, or improvements in a Client’s sales. All services are performed using industry best practices; however, results may vary based on factors outside of our control.

Overview of the Service: Listing Services rely on third parties, including but not limited to Yext™, SignPost™, SEMrush™, Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other directory or marketing platforms, to perform certain functions. You acknowledge that (i) we may not be able to provide a particular Service feature where you do not meet criteria set by a relevant third party; (ii) we do not have any control or influence over third-party platforms or their services; and (iii) third-party services may change, be limited, or discontinued at any time. These are considered Events Outside Our Control, and neither Cornerstone Web Studio nor its Representatives will be responsible for any impact these events may have.

Scope of Services: Local SEO & Listings Management Services may include business listing distribution and management, business information optimization (Name, Address, Phone), duplicate listing suppression, and review monitoring with response support. Directory listings may generate citation-based links that support local SEO authority; however, these are not guaranteed to function as traditional SEO backlinks.

Listings & Data Continuity: Listings are dependent on third-party platforms and aggregators. Upon cancellation of services, listings may revert, lose synchronization, or require manual management. Continued accuracy and distribution are not guaranteed after termination.

Reputation Management: Review monitoring and response support are provided on a best-effort basis. Response timing, frequency, and volume are not guaranteed, and Client retains responsibility for final approval of responses when necessary.

Google Business Profile (Google Maps): Google Business Profile management is not included by default and is not guaranteed as part of this service. If Client grants access, Cornerstone Web Studio may perform basic business information edits (such as name, address, phone number, and similar updates) upon request. Client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all submitted business information. Cornerstone Web Studio is not responsible for any issues, suspensions, or changes in listing status that may occur as a result of edits, platform policies, or actions taken by Google. Support for suspensions, verifications, or platform-related issues is not included and will be billed at the Standard Hourly Rate of $150 per hour.

Admin Authorization: Cornerstone Web Studio will be given administrator access to your local directory sites such as “Google Maps,” “Yelp,” “Facebook,” etc., and is authorized to post content (including images and business information) on your behalf. If Service is canceled, it is the Client’s responsibility to remove Cornerstone’s administrative access from these platforms.

Cancellations: This Agreement operates on a month-to-month basis following the initial 30-day minimum. A written cancellation request via email is required and will serve as a 30-day notice. Services will continue through the end of the next billing cycle following notice of cancellation.

The suspension or termination of Cornerstone Web Studio services, or of the Agreement, shall not absolve the Client from paying any outstanding fees, interest, or penalties. Client shall be responsible for any costs associated with the collection of such fees, including attorneys’ fees, expenses of litigation, and payment of damages.

Refunds/Credit: All payments made to Cornerstone Web Studio for Local SEO & Listings Management Services are non-refundable, except as provided in Section 9 of the General Terms for pre-start cancellations. Services are provided on a best-effort basis, and Cornerstone Web Studio makes no guarantees regarding performance or outcomes.
