Photography Project:

In addition to the terms and conditions in the General Terms and other applicable Schedules in the Agreement, the following additional terms apply to all Photography Services provided by Cornerstone Web Studio.

Contract Type: Payment agreement

Payment Method: One-off production fee

Project Approval: Cornerstone Web Studio will provide an initial proof of content and allow ten (10) days (including non-business days) for you to review and approve.

(i) If we receive suggested edits from you, we will make those edits, if possible based on the discretion of our Photographer, and send them back to you for approval. We will allow another ten (10) days for your approval.

(ii) Requests for additional edits or reshoots beyond the initial approval process will be billed at a rate of $150 per hour, including drive time.

(iii) If we do not hear from you within ten (10) days, we have the right to finalize the project and provide the final images without your final approval.

Refunds/Credit: All payments made to Cornerstone Web Studio for Photography Services are non-refundable. Cornerstone Web Studio makes no guarantees regarding specific creative outcomes.
