Social Media Terms
Our hope is that our terms are simple to read and easy to understand, but if for any reason these terms don’t answer your questions or concerns, please reach out and we’d be happy to address those with you.
In addition to the terms and conditions in the General Terms and other applicable Schedules in the Agreement, the following additional terms and conditions apply to any and all Marketing Services (as defined below).
Contact Type: Terminable at will (unless there is an otherwise specified contract duration listed on your contract.)
Payment Method: Monthly recurring payment
Admin Authorization: Cornerstone Web Studio will be given administrator access to your social media account and is authorized to post content on your behalf.
Posting Approval: Cornerstone Web Studio will submit all content we create and allow 10 days (including non-business days) for you to review and approve said content.
(i) If we receive changes from you, we will make those changes and send them back to you for approval. We will allow another 10 days for your approval. If we miss days of posting content we will give you the option of posting that’s month content over the remaining days or holding it back for future use. Either way, you will not be liable for a refund if the content was not posted due to an elongated approval window.
(ii) If we do not hear from you within 10 days, we will post that month’s content without your approval.
Optional One-Off Posts:
If a post is prepared in the same month it’s posted, it will be considered an “optional post” because it will not have been included in the planning and preparation for that month.
These posts will be charged on the 1st of the following month, at a rate of $100 Per Post. (*Cost includes graphic curation or creation, as well as copy.)
Communication & Change Requests: Includes 2 hours of responding to emails & calls. Or responding to change requests. Additional communication will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour.
Our Social Media Services do not extend to answering Messages and/or Comments. Please make sure you have someone internally who can respond to these inquiries.
Cancellations: A 30-day Cancellation Request must be received via email. Once received we will schedule the next months before requesting to be removed from the Admin list of your social media account. It is your responsibility to remove our Admin access.
Refunds/Credit: Refunds or credits will be pro-rated based on the amount of work completed. The pro-rated amount to be refunded or credited is at the sole discretion to Cornerstone Web Studio to calculate based on the degree of project completion.
