Videography Project:

In addition to the terms and conditions in the General Terms and other applicable Schedules in the Agreement, the following additional terms and conditions apply to all one-time Videography Project Services.

Contract Type: Payment agreement

Payment Method: One-off production fee

Project Approval: Cornerstone Web Studio will provide an initial proof of content and allow ten (10) days (including non-business days) for you to review and approve. Cornerstone offers two (2) rounds of revisions per videography project, included in the production fee. Additional revisions will be billed at the Standard Hourly Rate of $150 per hour.

(i) If we receive suggested edits from you, we will make those edits, where possible based on the discretion of our Videographers, and send them back to you for approval. We will allow another ten (10) days for your approval.

(ii) If we do not hear from you within ten (10) days, we have the right to finalize the project and provide the edited footage without your final approval.

Refunds/Credit: Refunds or credits will be pro-rated based on the amount of work completed. The pro-rated amount to be refunded or credited is at Cornerstone Web Studio’s sole discretion to calculate based on the degree of project completion. Cancellations made before any substantive work has begun are governed by Section 9 of the General Terms.

Monthly Videography Subscription:

In addition to the terms and conditions in the General Terms and other applicable Schedules in the Agreement, the following additional terms and conditions apply to all Monthly Videography Subscription Services.

Contract Type: Terminable at will, unless an otherwise specified contract duration is listed on your contract.

Payment Method: Monthly recurring payment

Project Approval: Cornerstone Web Studio will provide an initial proof of content and allow ten (10) days (including non-business days) for you to review and approve. Cornerstone offers two (2) rounds of revisions per videography project, included in the subscription. Additional revisions will be billed at the Standard Hourly Rate of $150 per hour.

(i) If we receive suggested edits from you, we will make those edits, where possible based on the discretion of our Videographers, and send them back to you for approval. We will allow ten (10) days for your approval.

(ii) If we do not hear from you within ten (10) days, we have the right to finalize the project and provide the edited footage without your final approval.

Video Buy-Out: You may buy out of this Service at any time, with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Upon completion of the buy-out, you will obtain ownership of the finished Video. Such ownership includes a royalty-free license to the video background music, graphics, and images (solely for use in the Video) that we have provided to you. You agree that we may use all or any portion of your Video in Cornerstone’s business and marketing materials. Additional charges may apply for an encoded copy of the Video or an uncompressed high-quality copy of the Video.

(i) Within twenty (20) months of purchase, calculate the purchase price using: $2,500 − ($50 × Months Paid) = Buy-Out Amount.

(ii) After twenty (20) months of purchase, the minimum purchase price of $1,500 applies.

Cancellations: A 30-day cancellation request must be received via email. Your video will remain live until the end of the month. If you choose not to purchase the video through the buy-out process, Cornerstone Web Studio will not retain a copy of the video in our archives for more than ninety (90) days. After ninety (90) days, the video will no longer be accessible and it will become impossible to restart your monthly service agreement with this existing content.
